Monthly Archives: June 2009I am in the mood for salads lately. Whenever summer rolls around that’s pretty much all I feel like cooking and eating. Probably because they’re cool and there is minimal cooking involved! Do you have a favorite salad recipe??? I would LOVE to have it. And maybe I’ll even share it here if it’s ok...  It must be the first of the month again because I actually scrapped!!! If it wasn’t for my gig with Coordinates I seriously don’t think t hat I would ever force mysel f to sit down and create a page these days.
