eat this: caramel apples

Yum!  The kids and I decided to try and make some of those yummy caramel apples that you always see in the window at Rocky Mountain Chocolate Co.  It was surprisingly easy…with one hitch…RIGHT after you make them thrown them in the fridge and as soon as they’re cool enough…EAT them!   The stuff on ours...
