I don’t know if you remember me telling you all that I was working on a special project back in August. I traveled to Utah to film a special webTV epoisode for MyCraftChannel.com Well…it’s live! I was so excited to be asked to be a part of this great new network. I think it is a brilliant idea! Now you can get free streaming webTV covering all of your favorite craft subjects. I know there are thousands of you out there!! You bought those cameras because you wanted better pictures…well, the magic isn’t really in the camera…YOU make the magic happen!!!

Join me starting June 28th for this jam packed, super fun, flexible (for all you busy moms!) and informative six week online course full of VIDEO tutorials (that’s right, you get to watch me just like you were in a classroom!!), fabulous handouts, a message board and gallery for getting to know your classmates and post your assignments, teacher Q&A, creative and technical assignments…all to help you grasp the exciting world of manual photography!!

This course will include topics such as aperture, shutter speed, ISO, white balance, composition, metering, lighting and much more.

For those of you headed out on vacations and such and worried about timing, I want you to know that these are VERY flexible classes. You can watch them at any time during the six week period (I usually leave access to the videos up for a few extra weeks for you too, so you can catch up) you can watch them as many times as you like, AND there is a pdf each week of the lecture with all the info and picture examples so you can print it out to keep and reference forever. Just for those of you concerned about missing a week!

Eye Candy Scrapbooking: Teresa Collins Friendship Album

I have been feeling like I am in a creative slump for a little while now. I REALLY don’t like to feel like that. Those of you that know me, know that I like to be creating everyday. So, when I feel like the idea bank has dried up it’s no fun. Well, yesterday a fun box o new BEAUTIFUL stuff arrived on my doorstep. It was a very fun surprise and just what I needed to end my slump.

I made this mini album from the Teresa Collins Friendship Line. It is BEAUTIFUL blues, white, creme, and black. You know that I LOVE that combination. Let me know what you think.
